Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. COD is available across India. No extra charges for COD orders. Just place your order and pay when it arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only before your order is dispatched from our workshop. Once it's shipped, we cannot cancel. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number. If payment was made online, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days. A 2.5% payment gateway fee may be deducted.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation. What do I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If there's still nothing, message us on WhatsApp with your name and phone number — we'll look it up and confirm your order manually.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 3–5 business days — each piece is handmade and checked before it leaves. Delivery after dispatch typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Total: allow up to 15 business days from order date.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free shipping on all orders, no minimum required. Every order ships free across India.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send a tracking number via WhatsApp or the contact details you provided at checkout. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Occasional delays can happen due to courier logistics or festive season backlogs. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check the status with the courier.

Products & Quality

What leather do you use?

We use full-grain and top-grain genuine leather — the highest quality grades, taken from the outermost layer of the hide. It's durable, develops a beautiful patina over time, and gets better with age.

Will my leather product look exactly like the photos?

Handmade leather goods have natural variations in texture, grain pattern, and slight colour tone — this is a characteristic of real leather, not a defect. No two pieces are identical, which is part of what makes them special. The photos are representative of the product you'll receive.

Do you offer customisation or personalisation?

We're working on it. For now, reach out to us on WhatsApp if you have a specific request — we'll let you know what's possible. Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable once made.

How do I care for my leather product?

Will my wallet/bag stretch over time?

Yes — full-grain leather naturally relaxes and moulds to your use pattern over time. This is normal and actually a sign of quality leather. The fit gets more comfortable, not looser.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please record an unboxing video whenever your order arrives — this is required for damage claims. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, please share your bank account or UPI ID when you contact us.
