About Us

Kornilov Leatherworks is a small handmade leather goods business. We make wallets, keychains, and leather accessories by hand using full grain leather and saddle stitch technique.

Products

• All products are handmade and may have slight variations in size, colour, and texture — this is normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
• Leather is a natural material. Minor marks, grain variations, and slight colour differences are not defects.
• Product photos are as accurate as possible, but screen colours may vary.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Ordering

• By placing an order, you confirm that the details you've provided (name, address, phone) are correct.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. You'll be notified and fully refunded.
• Prices are in the currency shown on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
• If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders.
• Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.
• If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason, we may restrict future COD orders from your account.
