We ship handmade leather goods across India. Because every piece is made by hand, we take a little more time to make sure it's right before it leaves us.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of order. During peak seasons or festive periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification when your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within India. Remote or tier-3 locations may take slightly longer. Allow up to 15 business days from your order date in total.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no conditions. Every order ships free across India.
COD is available across India at no extra charge. Please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery. All deliveries require a recipient signature.
Once your order is shipped, we'll send a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS to the contact number provided at checkout. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This is required if you need to raise a damage claim.
If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our workshop. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number.
